The electric spit ensures the regular rotation of the food, thereby eliminating burnt or dried out food.

Super Healthy
A unique feature of the Banika is the vertical basket behind the spit. It can be filled with charcoal, wood or a combination of both. The vertical basket prevents any direct contact between fire and food, and thus ensures truly healthy barbecuing. The Banika also eliminates the risk of burnt fat, it has a tray which collects the fat and lets it cool down.
